1. Refund Policy

• Teams withdrawing on or before August 21, 2026 will receive a full refund less a $50

administrative fee.

• No refunds after the registration deadline unless the team is replaced from the waiting list.
• If the tournament is canceled due to weather or circumstances beyond the Tournament Committee's control, refunds will be based on tournament expenses incurred and games completed.

4. Scoring System

Traditional 3-point system:

Win=3, Tie=1, Loss=0, Forfeit=3-0.

4. Bracket Format

Championship and Placement Brackets.

After Saturday pool play:

• Championship Bracket - Teams competing for the tournament championship.
• Challenge Bracket - Teams competing for final placement while receiving the four-gameguarantee.

Club Name, Team Name, Age Group, Boys/Girls Division, Head Coach Name, Coach Email, Coach
